Motivating Students
We at Toyo and our teachers, always have the Abacus Students in our minds in whatever we do. Motivating them and goading them to reach for the skies is a constant endeavor on our part.
Each child is given personal attention. No harsh words or scolding. No belittling any child. No beating. The teachers efficiently handle the children and make them better by the day. Motivating them all the way!
It is a continuous exercise. It starts from each days class, when stars are given for scoring the sums right. We have an assessment after every level – 8 levels in all for Toyo Abacus and 2 levels for Toyo Junior abacus and Toyo Kidz Abacus. Every student who scores 100% in each level is given a trophy, a certificate and a medal. So much so that even at each level there is keen competition among students to get cent percent.
